Michael Chitwood is the founder of Team World Vision, a ministry of World Vision that is dedicated to helping people take on life changing challenges like marathons, half marathons to raise money for clean water projects. Team World Vision has raised over $65 Million to date for clean water. Michael is now the Executive Director - Church and Ministry Partnerships at World Vision. In 2016 Michael released his first book, “The Ability to Endure”, which invites people to consider how God can use the most painful experiences in our lives to draw us closer to Him through serving others.

Dani Chitwood serves as the Assistant Director for the Chicago region of Special Olympics Illinois. She helps to create athletic competitions for over 5500 individuals with intellectual disabilities throughout the calendar year. Dani also serves as the Goal Champion and Chairperson for the Diversity and Inclusion Task Force at Special Olympics Illinois. Last year, Dani and her team had the opportunity to produce the inaugural Diversity and Inclusion summit in conjunction with Special Olympics International. Dani is a PhD candidate in Organizational Leadership. She will be studying the experiences of women of color in leadership positions in Predominately White Organizations.
